We offer a return/replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product/s ordered on Fashionuro subject to the following conditions (7days return/replacement guarantee):

WHEN WILL GET REFUNDED?
We can refund you when the seller notifies us of the receipt of the item back from you or the online tracking shows as delivered to Our address. Remember that items have to be returned to sellers directly by you (self-ship). Once we get notification of the return item, we will credit the amount back to you within 3-4 working days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
COD Charges Dedicated in you Total amount when you have place COD Order
You will receive a full refund of the amount you paid, either via Online Transactions (for card payments and net banking) or via NEFT payment .
Your returns must reach our Return Cell with original tags; else you will not be eligible for refunds.
If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location/address, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
